We maintain Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) certifications, along with SMETA audit compliance (full transparency, 12-month audit cycle). Our certifications are fully recognised for EU/UK market requirements, ensuring your brand meets sustainability legislation and consumer expectations. Additional certificates (OEKO-TEX, REACH compliance) are available upon request.
45 days average bulk production time from order confirmation to shipment (including fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality checks). For repeat orders or fast-track projects, we can reduce lead times. We also provide transparent tracking via our tech-enabled platform, so you always know the status of your production.
We follow a strict code of conduct based on international labour standards. Our facilities undergo regular third-party SMETA audits (every 12 months), plus unannounced internal inspections. We ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and no child or forced labour. All compliance reports, certifications, and factory transparency documents are available for clients under NDA.
Absolutely. We are 100% transparent about fabric specs — count, construction, weave, fold length, and origin. Our mill-level supply chain offers organic cotton, recycled polyester (GRS certified), LENZING™ ECOVERO™, linen, and innovative blends. We never substitute materials without approval, and we provide full traceability for every batch.
Yes, we have dedicated logistics partners for seamless shipping to the EU and UK. We assist with all necessary documentation (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, REACH/UKCA declarations when required). While duties & taxes are generally buyer’s responsibility, we help optimise incoterms and provide landed cost estimates upfront. Many of our clients benefit from our network to reduce customs friction.
We follow a structured 4-step sampling process: 1) tech pack review & costing, 2) prototype sample (fit & fabric), 3) pre-production sample (final approvals), 4) bulk production. Our in-house design team can also assist with pattern making and grading. Average sampling timeline is 14–21 days. We keep one physical sample for reference and provide video/photos for remote approvals.
We encourage transparency. You can schedule a virtual tour or physical visit to our state-of-the-art facility (in-house cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, washing). For remote clients, we share production videos, daily quality reports, and milestone images via our secure portal. We also provide access to compliance documents and factory certifications under a standard NDA.
Standard terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. For long-term partnerships and larger volumes, we offer flexible arrangements (LC, 40/30/30, etc).
